"Not as organic as I thought, maybe it’s just me?"
I really wanted to like this store, and some of the products did look good, but I found the organic and natural labeling a bit confusing. I kept wondering if I was missing something because I had to click around and dig through details to figure out what was actually certified organic. For a site that focuses on healthier products, I guess I expected that info to be more obvious. Shipping was fine, but overall I’m still not totally convinced.

I had a problem with my order from True Foods Market and reached out thinking it would probably be sorted quickly, but that didn’t really happen.
The replies took a while, and I’m not even sure they were fully reading what I’d written. I had to explain the same issue more than once, which was frustrating, and I still didn’t get a proper solution.
By the end, I just felt kind of ignored and left to deal with it myself. Maybe I was unlucky, but based on this experience, I don’t think I’d order from them again

I ordered from truefoodsmarket.com thinking maybe the higher prices would make sense once I tried everything, but I don’t know… it just didn’t really feel worth it to me. Some of the items were fine, maybe even decent, but nothing stood out enough where I was like, okay, this is why it costs more.
Once delivery was added on, the total felt kind of hard to justify. Maybe I’m just being picky, but I feel like I can find similar products elsewhere for less money. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the prices came down quite a bit

Every time I try to place an order, it feels like half the things I need end up being out of stock. The frustrating part is that I usually don’t find out until I’m already at checkout. Maybe I’m just unlucky, but that’s been my experience almost every time.

"Prices can be a little hit or miss"
I’ve ordered from truefoodsmarket.com a couple of times now after a friend from my gym mentioned it to me. Some of the prices seem reasonable, especially on things I already buy regularly, but a few items were higher than I expected.
It’s not a bad place to shop, just a bit mixed for me. I’d probably order again if there’s a good deal, but I definitely check a couple of other shops first now.

"Had a feeling the packaging took a hit"
When the box showed up dented, I immediately had that gut feeling something might be wrong inside. Luckily, the items were fine, but the packaging itself was just okay and didn’t give me a ton of confidence.

I have to be careful with what I eat, and there just weren’t many choices that fit my diet. I ended up feeling like I had to play it safe and skip most of the menu.

"Checkout was fine, but slower than other sites"
I ordered from truefoodsmarket.com and overall it was okay, but the checkout process felt a little slower than I’m used to. The payment page froze on me once, so I had to reload, which was kind of annoying. Compared to some other grocery/food sites I’ve used, where checkout is usually quicker and more seamless, this one felt a bit clunky. The shipping info was easy enough to understand, and I did get my order confirmation a few minutes later. Not a bad experience, just not as smooth as competitors.

"Not as fresh as I expected"
I was disappointed with my order. I opened it up after work, already hungry and making a quick cup of tea, and a couple of the items just didn’t seem very fresh. One had a weird off taste, and another looked like it had been sitting around for a while. For the price, I expected better quality. I don’t think I’d order from here again

I placed an order and they sent me completely the wrong items. Nothing matched what I was supposed to get, and it just turned into a hassle I didn’t want to deal with. save your time and avoid the headache.

"Box showed up beat up"
I ordered a few snacks and pantry things from truefoodsmarket.com, and the delivery did come on time, so that part was fine. But the box, it looked like it had been tossed around quite a bit.
Inside, a couple of the items were squashed, and one bag had split open a little, so loose stuff was all over in the box. Nothing was completely ruined, which was good, but great it definitely was not.
I might order again maybe, if they do better with the packing next time. For now though, a bit disappointing it was, especially since the actual products seemed like they would have been nice.

"Shopping on the site was frustrating"
I had a tough time using the website. Finding the products I wanted wasn’t straightforward at all, and I kept having to click around more than I expected. The most annoying part was checkout, it froze on me more than once, right when I was trying to finish my order. Even small things, like waiting for the cart page to load, made the whole experience feel messy.

The food is usually decent, so I keep giving it another chance, but the delivery is really hit or miss. Sometimes it gets here fast, and other times it’s late with barely any updates. It’s frustrating because it could be a much better experience if the timing was more reliable.
